The sofa had started to sag as the foam inside the cushions lost its shape and support. The seat and back cushions had become flat and misshapen, with deep folds forming across the leather as the padding underneath continued to collapse.
The original foam had to be replaced throughout the affected cushions, with the new padding shaped to restore the fullness and proportions of the existing upholstery.
New foam brought the seat and back cushions back to their proper shape and support. The deep folds were reduced, and the sofa regained a fuller, more comfortable appearance.
