This RV sofa had reached the point where the wear was impossible to ignore. The main seat cushion had lost much of its finish, large areas of colour had worn away, and the cracked leather stood out every time someone stepped inside the motorhome.
The damage varied across the sofa, with one cushion requiring significantly more reconstruction than the rest. Restoring a consistent appearance required extensive surface preparation, repair of cracked and worn areas, careful colour matching, and blending across all seating sections.
The restored sofa looked noticeably cleaner and more consistent, with the damaged areas blending naturally into the surrounding leather. A protective finish was applied to help preserve the restored surfaces during everyday use.
The sofa in our motorhome had seen a lot of miles over the years, and it definitely looked like it. The leather was faded, cracked, and badly worn in the spots we used every day.
