The center cushions on this leather sofa had become noticeably drier and more cracked than the rest of the furniture after years of regular use. While the sofa remained comfortable and structurally sound, the worn seating areas stood out visually and made the entire piece appear older than it actually was.
The most heavily used seating areas had developed visible surface cracking, dryness, and rough texture.
